    About the Colas Team Cup

    The Colas Team Cup (CTC) is an internal international competition organized by the Colas Group.

    The CTC is a competition open to all full-time Colas employees with a permanent contract, long-term contract, and apprentices/interns who will still be employees as of March 2026.

    This competition is organized into three events: five-a-side soccer, running and Incredible Talents. Winners at the national level will have the chance to represent Canada on the world stage at the international competition.

    Local Qualifying Rounds

    APRIL 1, 2025 - DECEMBER 14, 2025


    Running

    Submit your race completion time(s) by December 14, 2025 at midnight Paris time. 
     

    Incredible Talents

    Upload your videos by December 14, 2025 at midnight Paris Time

    Participants qualifying for the international final will be announced in the second half of December 2025


    Soccer

    Teams will compete in regional and national finals. The winner of the national tournament will advance to the international finals. Dates for the regional and national finals will be announced in the coming months.

    Important Points to Remember 

    E-Points Explained

    Your total score, which determines whether or not you or your team will advance to the international final is based on two factors: 

    85% - Your performance in the competition 
    15% - E-points

    You can gain up to 150 e-points through the supporters (100 max) and Instagram (50 max). 

    Supporter E-Points

    You or your team can earn extra e-points by encouraging supports - other employees, friends, family, anyone - to vote for you on the Colas Team Cup website. Supporters can vote for an individual or team by going to colasteamcup.com, clicking "Support A Participant" in the top menu, entering their contact details, and clicking the "SUPPORT" button. 

    Each supporter can vote up to 10 times, but never twice for the same team or participant. Ensure you type the team name exactly as it was registered.  

    Instagram E-Points

    You or your team can earn extra points by posting photos of your activities on Instagram. To gain social media e-points, follow the following steps: 

    1. Ensure your profile is public
    2. Follow @GroupeColas and @ColasTeamCup on Instagram to gain 20 e-points. Recommended: Also follow @ColasCanada
    3. Post photos of you or your team's activities on Instagram using the hashtags #ColasTeamCup and #ColasCanada AND the @ mentions @ColasTeamCup and @ColasCanada to gain up to 30 e-points.
